idk why it posted like 9 times but i changed it so that his up b isnt worthless. now he drops landmines instead of just floating for 3 seconds

just did whatever Folstag said
-The downtilt should probably have more range so that it can properly be a dangerous tool to win the ground game, right now its a bit too slow and easy to space
-The fsmash should come 2 or 3 frames quicker, now its too easy to parry
-The neutral b doesn't deal enough damage, its supposed to be a gun, guns kill people.
-This character lacks a proper edge guard tool, thats why I think that down air should be a spike
-The air mobility is atrocius. You can never properly win neutral without good movement in this game, thats why i belive that adding more jumps would massively improve his possibilities to be a threat.

Changed some other stuff, made his attacks come out faster/end faster. dont really remember much of what i did, i changed it like 2 weeks ago and just forgot to actually update it.
