SIDE SPECIAL added: Emerl chases after his foes with a diagonal command dash that can be cancelled into any aerial! You can only use it once in the air. Even if you get hit, it won't refresh.

UP SPECIAL added: Emerl slowly ascends upwards with the assistance of Gamma's boost pad. You can control Emerl's horizontal direction, and even air-dodge-cancel during the hover. He has slight knockback armor, but a strong enough hit will still send him flying.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL added: Emerl fires Chaos Shot, an arcing ball of water(?) that knocks back anyone hit by it.
Graphics for UP SPECIAL added: It's functionally still Sandbert's flight, but visually it's Emerl using Gamma's Boost Pad.
