A'ight. I've been practicing with him and adjusting things that felt too weak, and I think he's in an okay spot now. Still not perfectly balanced, but okay. I can reliably win matches against Lv. 9 CPUs, which is basically the best metric I have before online's added.

Tilts, aerials and stuff should have a decent amount of killing power now. (fair at ledge now starts killing at around 80%.) The thing with the bombs is that you can easily toss more than one bomb out at a time, especially with the faster strong speed now. I've had pretty decent success with tossing a finisher and immediately tossing a normal bomb after it, so the normal bomb explodes first and pushes the finisher out more. Neat mixup.
The normal bomb is now much more powerful as well. It wasn't killing when it should, especially since it's a strong. like c'mon.
The Side B now detonates bombs in its radius immediately (except for the finisher) and the reticle moves a lot faster than it used to. I've been avoiding pure at-will remote detonation, 'cause that's annoying, but this seems like a good tradeoff.
(also aerials have less landing lag across the board now)

There's still issues, of course, but I think this is much closer to how he should play. I'll have to give him another passthrough once online is out and I can play against actual people that register the bombs as a threat instead of just CPUs that are vaguely aware of the existence of a hitbox.
I'll keep tuning him, don't worry! I just think this is a good sorta point to see if the buffs are enough and giving my thoughts on the matter.
