-new character select sprites
-most moves now have less knockback
-some angles and damages changed
-fspecial throw angle changed

jab
-final kick knockback changed from 7 to 6
-total combo damage changed to 16 instead of 12

ftilt
-lowered knockback from 8 to 7 (scaling changed from 1.1 to 0.9)
-damage lowered from 12 to 10
-sweetspot hitbox now only last 1 frame instead of 2
-Now goes slightly more forward so it's harder to line up
-Start up time changed from 6 to 8 frames

dtilt
-knockback scale reduced to encourage more combos out of it
-knockback angle now goes slightly more upwards
-slightly less endlag

dair
-slower startup
-less horizontal control
-more landing lag
-starting knockback lowered from 8 to 6

bair
-angle changed for 180 to 32 (more upwards)
-slightly longer start up
-more knockbake scale to reduce comboing into self

fair
-bigger hitbox

uair
-no longer sets vspeed to 0 before pushing uro upwards
-sweetspot hitbox now only last 2 frames instead of 4
-knockback on sweetspot slightly lower

fstrong
-knockback lowered from 8 to 7

dstrong
-hitbox doesn't last as long
-knockback lowered to 6
-damage lowerd from 12 to 8
-made weaker but still just as fast

fspecial
-angle of throw when not tilting forward changed so the can bounces forward more and goes higher
-damge changed from 2 to 3
-knockback slightly increased
-end lag reduced from 18 frames to 12 frames

uspecial
-knockback on final hit slightly lowered

-Jump Startup changed from 10 to 7 (Still slower than normal but not unreasonably slow)
-Jab hitboxes made so they don't hit from behind Uro
-Nair hitbox moved down to line up better with Uro
-Damage on Jab lowered by 2
-fAir doses less knockback
-Roll animation fixed so it plays the whole thing
-Tech animation also fixed

-Made victory sprites look nicer
-Added sprite for the spawn platform
-Added Yume Nikki logo to character select sprite
