Much code removal, lots of useless garbage that was conflicting with every update. Vehicle speeds FINALLY down to normal safe server speeds. Damage to engine and fuel tank removed to help fix any issues. Fuel capacity increased and fuel consumption decreased to help any existing broken vehicles still draining gas like a shiv... sorry about that.

Not sure what happened, but I somehow reversed the fix I did for the gas tank issues with the repair my car mod. Leaking gas tank issues continue even after repair. We'll just take a step back and do it again.
