ITA:
- “Offer Peace To Ethiopia” decision time restriction changed 1937.01.01 -> 1936.06.01.
- Rules mission enforcing peace with Ethiopia in 1937:
- Should properly apply the Balance of Power as well as appropriate focus unlocks.
- Will no longer appear if baked in rules are disabled.
- Italy no longer can use the Diplomatic Action to peace out the 2nd Italo-Ethiopian War. Use the decision.
ETH:
- Ethiopia no longer can use the Diplomatic Action to peace out the 2nd Italo-Ethiopian War.
SOV:
- “National Specialists” buffed, gives +10% stability and +100pp in addition to previous Industrial Concern buffs.
- “Mass Immunizations” now give +5% stability, +5% war support and +25pp.
- “Superior War Machines” can be done with 1940 heavy tank tech and 1941 light tank tech, in addition to 1940 medium tank tech.
- Fixed “Reconvene Zemsky Sobor” and “Solidify Provisional Government” paths not hiding when doing a communist path.
- Fixed monarchist focuses overlapping stalin focuses when doing the monarchist civil war.

- Cost of all Special Forces raised to 150 guns and 10 support equipment per division. [This is Marines gun cost equivalent as well as the bicycle battalion’s worth of support equipment. Game start inf 50 cost vs 115 cost for any spec ops.]
TANKS:
- Nerfed Super Heavy Howitzers so they are finally in line with Heavy and Medium howitzers:
  • SHH1 90 -> 65,
  • SHH2 100 -> 80,
  • SHH3 120 - > 100
- Increased reliability penalty of super-heavy guns -20% -> -25%.
- Decreased superstructure reliability buff from +20% -> +15%.
- Buffed Heavy Tank guns:
  • Heavy1 20 -> 25 hard and soft,
  • Heavy2 30 -> 35 soft, 35 -> 40 hard,
  • Heavy3 35 -> 40 soft, 40 -> 50 hard.
AIR:
- Adopted Road’s CAS Cannon weapon category, fixed medium airframes unable to equip cas cannons, can equip cannons on all modules with a limit of 1 per small airframe and 2 per medium airframe.
- Revolving Cannons nerfed:
  • Cannon III x1 20aa -> 17.5aa 12ic -> 10ic,
  • Cannon III x2 40aa -> 35aa 23ic -> 20ic
- Airbrakes - Added medium airbrakes from Jack’s Fork, removed “can't perform naval missions” limit.

- Medium Howitzer 1 moved 1936 -> 1939 artillery.
- “Revolving Cannons” tech moved 1945 -> 1946.
- “Field Hospital 1”, “Logistics Company 1” and “Signal Company 1” changed requirements from the 2nd truck tech to the 1st truck tech.
- SpeOps tech as well as climate-specific units now require Support Equipment be researched before the units are. [Weird that the climate ones and shock troops didn't previously, those needed support equipment even before the nerf.]
GOV IDEAS:
- Expanded Government Ideas were nerfed by Simpy. [Changes listed below are warlider’s]
- “Civilian Spending” can no longer be used with “Corrupted Economy”
- Default R56RP recruitment laws no longer give any buffs.
- Recruitment Standard laws were swapped from “Recruitable Population” into “Recruitable Population Factor”, no more flat + to the recruitable percentage.
- Changed costs of most of the recruitment laws.
- Redid “Service Limit Law”
OTHER:
- “Civilian Economy” - Civilian and Infrastructure build speed replaced for a +5% total construction speed.
- “Early Mobilization” - removed civilian building speed buff, removed infrastructure build speed buff.
NATION SPECIFIC:
POL:
- Fixed pre-AAT SEPWE designer being assigned to Poland on game start with AAT enabled.

- Corrected localisation for factory-based country point events, some missed the text for how much points the country has been advanced to.
- Option for starting factions to exist on game start has been re-added, by default set to “enabled”.
- Faction points cap is now enforced by the code
[Cant declare wars if over faction limit, cant invite more people.]
- Max limit of two majors per faction is now enforced by code.
- Rule-based condition tooltips for faction joining and declaring war have been made more easily accessible to humans.
- Fixed 0 point nations points being treated as 2 points in terms of war declaration dates.

- Nerfed “Staff Office Plan” ability, from +400% planning speed to +50%, added +10% max planning (although it seems like the max planning doesn't work. Will wait for feedback.)
- Swapped -10% Own Combat Width for “Force Concentration” in mobile warfare to -0.2 flat Combat Width reduction to all units.
- Swapped -20% Own Combat Width for “Vast Offensives” in mass assault to -0.4 flat Combat Width reduction to all units.
(since its not a factor, stuff like arty benefits less from this, however i think its just better to have it this way, instead of not seeing the change in the designer.)
OTHER:
- Adjusted the Chinese peace deal bypass code, so that if a player is declared upon it will make a normal peace deal, so white peaces are once more possible.
- Added an option in Game Rules to use factory-based country points. Default is the old list based assignment from the rules, more below. Feature is experimental.
NATION SPECIFIC:
MAN:
- Updated Manchurian focus so that the ability to go into Russia or China properly accounts for how Japan can go nonaligned or fascist and do both.
- Manchuria will have access to a generic tank MIO, provided it is allied to or a subject of japan and it completes the “Invite Japanese Investors” focus.

MILITARY:
- Fixed “Holding the Line” and “Mechanized Marine Corps” causing a CTD.
- “Vast Offensives” in mass assault left now reduces the entire army’s combat width by 20%, instead of just reducing combat width of infantry.
- “Human Wave Offensive” in mass assault right reduces combat width of Irregurals and Militia, as well as Infantry.
- “Trench Warfare” +5 entrenchment for everything has been swapped to an Engineer buff, +0.3 entrenchment more per inf division to the support div, for a total of +0.5 per inf division.
- Reduced max planning gained from GBP L from +40% to +30%.
- Fixed Camelry not unlocking camel-drawn equipment.
NATION SPECIFIC:
ITA:
- Reduced the effect of losing a core on the Balance of Power from 20% shift per core lost, to 5% per core lost. Losing non-core land no longer affects the BoP.
Side Note: The code doesn't care if its original Italian clay or freshly cored territory, -5% on loss. Might change it, but it's already 4x less severe than previously sooo….
CHI:
- Corrupted Economy was moved, its now cheapest to reform into Civilian Economy, instead of War Economy. Cost itself was not modified.

- Imported some units from Jack’s fork, fixed some units having incorrect speed caps. [Concentrated, Dispersed and Light were not adopted, with the exception of Pack Artillery.]
- Made new categories for battalions in the unit designer, so it's not just one massive list with the new units.
- Imported Jack’s Tank modules, Autocannon 3 and 4’s, Heavy Howitzer 2 and 3, Small Cannon 3 and 4, Rocket Launcher 3.
- Imported Jack’s cursed spec ops changes for doctrine.
OTHER:
- Removed focus tree selection for Manchuria. (Road update)
- Corrected localisation for airframe archetypes. As an example, all Light Airframes were misleadingly called “Fighter”, changed to “Light Airframe”.

- Paratroopers initiative was removed.

Improved host tool:
- Peacing out specific wars between two nations
- Forcing two specific countries into war
- Forcibly removing things from a faction
- Spawning factories on core territories
- Moving players between countries without observer
- Forcing volunteers of a specific nation out of a conflict.
- 4 Tick Boost via Host Tool (player leaves major? Slap boost on it mid game. Player hotjoins? Remove it.)
- Changing ideology of a country without puppeting it.
- Locking a country from declaring war.
- Locking a country from sending or receiving volunteers (WIP)
Improved State Transfer:
- Removed pointless buttons.
- Multiple states allowed to be transferred at once.
- Transferring the entire nation transfers the units to the receiver too, so no more Indochinese troops just sitting there doing nothing.
- “Mark All States” actually marks all states (of the owner of the currently selected state)
- You can now see all selected states on the list on the right. Click on the state in a list to unselect it.

- Warlords debuff should properly go down now. Changed the way the reduction is triggered, instead of a weekly check an “on peace” check.
