- Increased archaeological sites dig speed x5 (roll every 18 days instead of 90).
- localisations will now overwrite only specific keys instead of the whole federations_l_english.yml (untested, let me know if federation leader succession term is not adjusted in the localisation).

Update to Stellaris 2.6.3 Verne (Federations)

Major change: Tactical warfare now remains unchanged compared to vanilla. This includes land warfare and ships moving and firing at normal rate. Upkeep is still adjusted to x5. Strategic aspect of war and diplomacy is still x5.

Basically, space battles should now work like in vanilla game as the efficiency of the ships is not distorted by modified damage output and speed.

This update took longer than expected but I am happy to finally release it. Please report any bugs or omissions. Source code available on GitHub[github.com].

Fixed an error in the ship damage table which rendered weapons with very high DPS (like X weapons) useless.

Several minor features still had vanilla build times / duration attached. Fixed that.

Ships now only gain the 5x speed boost if there is no hostile ship or starbase in the same system.
