Temp fix for all "crafting structures"

Due to a ark-conflict, it would sometimes give us extreme amount of resources when crafted

This should now be fixed
- Ive made so all crafted resources again is spoiling (Instant) to the actual resource

Re-worked Auto Chembench:
- Resources dont "spoil to actual" anymore
- added X20 spoil-multiplier to: Narc-/Stimberry, Cactus sap and Spoiled meat
- No more "junction beam"

- Artifacts Hunter and Pack wont allow to be added to the workstation :'( Still working on that
