Balance:
Chariots, cavalry, and monsters of all varieties have had their mass increased drastically. This is doubly true for all of the units whose mass was extremely low due to the age of their original entities.

Balance:
Reduced existing dwarf LL melee weapon damage. Diversified dwarf LL melee damage spread.
Various minor HP, melee skill, and morale changes to existing units
Gunpowder artillery reload times increased substantially (with the exception of steam tanks)
Increased reload times for several firearms
Malagor flies faster now, but is still vulnerable to dedicated flying monsters

Content:
Added DLC17 units to the scope of the mod

Diversified dwarfen artillery rune effects:
Rune of Seeking provides an enemy-only explosive component
Rune of Penetrating makes the projectile pure AP and adds an AP-only explosive component
Rune of Penetrating on bolt throwers adds two projectiles in lieu of an explosion
Rune of Penetrating on flame cannons causes fire vulnerability

Fixes:
CA seems to have messed up the projectiles for chameleon stalkers, as all of them have the same explosive component. Fireblood explosive component was also not being used at all. Specialized ammo now has the appropriate explosion or lack thereof.

Critical Fixes:
Somehow forgot to increase number of mounts when Deck Droppers regiments were tripled in size. This was causing a CTD on battle load when deck droppers were present in battles.

Minor Fixes:
CA did away with a attribute group that they (and I) were using for snotling pump wagons. Replaced attribute group with an acceptable substitute.

Upkeep costs for a large number of elite units increased.

Reduced all stormvermin per model HP.

General skaven infantry rework:
All Skavenslaves HP per model reduced.
Sword Skavenslaves melee attack reduced by 2.
Clanrats regiments all increased to 200 models. HP per model reduced accordingly.
Plague Monks regiments increased to 140 models. HP per model reduced accordingly.
Gutter/Night Runners regiments increased to 160 models. HP per model reduced accordingly.
Eshin Triads/ Death Runners increased to 100 models.
All Stormvermin HP per model reduced by 5.
Council Guard melee attack reduced by 5.

Melee weapon for basic wolf rats given 6 more normal damage. 2 AP removed.
Melee weapon for poison wolf rats given 2 more AP damage.
Melee weapon for rat ogres given 10 more normal damage.
Rat ogres' charge bonus reduced by 6, melee defense increased by 10.
Rat ogre RoR general melee skill increased by 10, charge bonus increased by 9.
