Changed secondary building requirements of all welf units that used the no longer buildable fletcher chain to the armory chain.

Semi-Critical Fixes:
Updated battle_entities, land_units, and projectiles to new table format.

Final testing and balancing.

Balance:

Increased all warpfire thrower range to 100m.
Applied increased flamethrower stream duration to warpfire thrower teams and ikit.
Increase warpfire thrower team ammo significantly (base should be enough for 15 volleys).
Increase ammo for ikit's flamer (should be enough for 20 volleys).
Increased irondrake flamer ammo significantly (base should be enough for 15 volleys).
Did the same for Ikit.
Reduced ammo for irondrake hand cannons.
Increased irondrake hand cannon spread. Yet again.

Changed volley method for drakefire pistoliers to provide greater volley speed control.
Reduced drakefire pistol reload time to 10 seconds.
Increased drakefire pistolier ammo for an even dozen salvos. May be temporary, as the unit is much more effective now that ignores spread.
Applied flamethrower duration changes to warpfire throwers. Increased warpfire thrower range to 85m.
Increased all flamethrower ammo by 10% to mitigate the ammo "loss" of 50% longer sprays.

Balance:
Reduced ammo counts for a lot of gunpowder, flame, and artillery-grade weapons, mostly for dorfs, but also for umgi.
Reduced mass of steam projectiles from 3 to 1.
Further reduced steam explosion force.
(EXPERIMENTAL, DORFS ONLY)Extended fire duration for flamethrowers.Effective ammo reduced as a result.
(EXPERIMENTAL) Drakefire pistols fire volleys now instead of two-projectile shotgun blasts. Ammo effectively halved as a result.
(EXPERIMENTAL) Followed through on my threats to make the Skyhammer Great Again because people kept bugging me about it. Alas, changing the fire audio to a hearty BRRRRRRT is not likely at this juncture.

Balance:
Reduced accuracy of canister shot drakeguns, all dwarf bomb throwers, and gyrocopter clatterguns to varying degrees.
Increased drakegun canister shot spread 10%.
Modified drakegun canister shot damage by +1/-1.
Drastically reduced explosive force for steam explosions.
Reduced some dwarf projectile masses to reduce knockdowns.
Reduced drakefire pistol shot mass by 90%.
Drastically reduced force of flame-type explosions from small arms.
Reduced accuracy of drakefire pistoliers

Dorf vs orc balance changes:
Increased weapon strength for Miners (+4/5) and Goblin Spears (+8/0). May partially revert goblin changes due to grom's existence.
Slightly increased weapon strength (+1/1 and +0/1) for dorf worriers/quarrelers and their great weapon variant, respectively
Increased weapon strength (+3/1 and +0/3) for longbeards and their great weapon variant
Increased weapon strength for squig herds (+1/3)
Increased Night Goblin Fanatic sword strength (+2/0)
