-Added Genesis alt. It replaces his bombs with spherical error B's.
-Fixed a bug where Bluey could keep his neutral special charge even if he got hit within 3 frames of having launched the projectile.

-Up aerial knockback decreased (8bkb .6kbs -> 6bkb .65kbs)
-Fixed an oversight where Bluey could still fast fall and cancel up special even after getting parried.
-Fixed the projectile in neutral special appearing a couple frames later than what the animation would suggest.
-Fixed a bug where charged side special could be fired as long as you wanted without spending magic.

-Up tilt has a back hit again
-Forward aerial spike sweetspot angle changed (280º->270º)
-Charged forward special now sends inwards
-Changed the effect when you hit someone with full charge neutral special and down tilt

Oh boy, this one is a doozy. I call this the Definitive Definitive Update


-New portrait time!!! Did you know this is his fourth portrait?
-All of Bluy's animations have been changed to reflect his current character design. The gray undersleeve is kinda cool, right...?
-Many, MANY of his animations have been changed from minor but slightly noticeable changes to full revamps. He has a completely new idle animation, and his wait animation now has him scratching his chin, pondering his next strategy.
-Both of his taunts are brand new: he now flexes his oversized hammer in his regular taunt, and his down taunt now has him do a cool thumbs up that materializes a letter B on thin air. Yeah.

-Jab's animation has been completely revamped, and jab 3 now has Bluey end in a forward kick instead of slamming down a hammer. It's slightly faster than the old one, but it doesn't send as far and no longer has synergy with forward special's projectile.
-Forward tilt's animation was revamped. As a result, it has slightly more range.
-Bluey has a new up tilt, a backflipping kick. It's not disjointed like the old one and doesn't have as much range behind him, but it's slightly faster.
-Down aerial has a slightly new animation. He now uses the propeller blades from up special instead of a light blue fan, and he thrusts it directly below him as opposed to slightly to his front.
-Neutral special has only two charge stages now, uncharged or fully charged. The HUD meter has been completely removed, and new visual and audio cues have been added. Using powered-up specials and magic wand attacks now requires a full charge now. In compensation however, there is less charge time now. (How many times have I said the word "charge" now?)
--The letter B effects on the neutral special projectile have been replaced by magic sparkles.
-Forward special's projectile is now a bomb that explodes on impact instead of a bowling ball. The move also has a completely new animation, and as a result the hammer swing has slightly more range, and the projectile spawns a little further ahead.
-Up special has a new animation, and hangs a bit longer on the air before going into pratfall now. Using the magic charge to increase flight height now adds magic sparkles for a visual cue.
