Quick Kirby Update:
-Kirby Ability has the same balance changes as Rush Jet (Uair).

Update 10/13/19

HUGE UPDATE: Moveset if fully finished. More balance changes might come in the future.

Balance Changes:
-Charge shot is finished which is a risky move that takes 3-seconds to fire but is a powerful and rewarding move if hit.
-Dtilt horizontal speed is set to 11 instead of 14.
-Uair no longer has fast fall.
-Dspecial no longer has fast fall.
-Utilt has been changed to a 2-hit move with an adjusted hitbox.
-Jab has been changed to a 4-hit move with an adjusted hitbox.
-Ustrong has been changed to a 4-hit move with an adjusted hitbox.
-Uair damage is now 6 instead of 8.
-Uair knockback has been slightly decreased.
-Bair damage is now 3 instead of 5.
-Fspecial damage is now 4 instead of 6.
-Fair damage is now 11 instead of 15.
-Dtilt damage is now 4 instead of 7.
-Ustrong damage output is now 12
-Fstrong damage is now 11 instead of 12.
-Dstrong damage is now 9 instead of 11.
-Utilt damage output is now 6 instead of 8.
-Ftilt damage is now 6 instead of 9.
-Dattack damage is now 5 instead of 8.
-Nspecial damage is now 2 instead of 3.
-Dspecial damage is now 14 instead of 20.

Misc:
-Added Energy gauge to represent Thunder Beam cooldown.
-Added 3 colors, Leaf Shield, Metal Blade, and Quick Boomerang.
-Added placeholder black color as for some reason the 7th palette briefly displays a Christmas costume after moving.
-Added a taunt where Rush appears.

Quick Update
-Dair has been revamped and is now a multi-hit move that sends you upwards.
-Ftilt has a new sprite and is has a slower startup.
-Dtilt's hitbox has been adjusted.
-New sprite for character select.

Update 10/12/19
Did a lot for this update

KIRBY PATCH:
-This mod is now compatible with the Kirby Ability system from the Kirby mod.
-Kirby copies Mega Man's rush jet which allows him to fly up to attack enemies.
-All balance changes for UAIR will apply to Kirby's version.

Balance Changes:
-Increase knockback for UAIR
-Basic Movement values have been adjusted
-Mega Man now stops completely after stopping from a dash.
-DSPECIAL has super armor at its attack window.
-Thunder Beam (FAIR) can no longer be destroyed by other attacks.
-Mega Buster (NSPECIAL) can no longer be destroyed by other attacks.
-Charge shot (NSPECIAL_2) can no longer be destroyed by other attacks.

Other Stuff:
-Mega Man has six fully functional colors.
-Victory screen for alternate colors has been fixed.
-Mega Man now has his landing sound from his games.

Balance Changes:
-Adjusted knockback and knockback angles on ftilt, dtilt, fair, and uair.
-Mega Man's uspecial is now Beat who can carry Mega Man back onstage.
-Charge shot has been added (still a WIP)
* Charge shot is activated by holding attack and special

Misc:
-Added two colors, item # and Thunder Beam.
-Victory theme has been implemented.
