Light Cavalry, Naval Raider, and Recon units now earn 3 XP from pillaging enemy improvements. Aircraft carriers now recieve half of all experience earned by the aircraft they are carrying. Improved compatibility with other mods, in particular, "Encampment Expansion - More Military Buildings" by JNR.
