Federations Update
- Now compatible with version 2.6
- Diplomacy Tree finally unlocked
- New buildings for Diplomacy and Supremacy
- War Doctrine unlocked through tech
- Federations level up twice as fast as vanilla
- No ethics requirements on federation types
- New modifiers adjusted for SI economy
- Bonuses from ethics and traditions adjusted for Federations
- Custom title screen replaced with new title screen
- Galactic Community is twice as active
