Fixed distribution of reinforcements between players.

If you have a save, then you need to start a new game.

Gameplay update: improved performance, on some maps the number of enemies has been adjusted / reduced. Start a new game if you have a game save in any mission.

Update: removed 20-30% of enemies on some maps for better performance. If you have a save, then you need to start a new game.
