DStrong now deals 14% total, compared to 16% before
However, the last hit deals 6% instead of 2% before, so it's more consistent

Remade FSpecial into a grab that buries the opponent for 40 frames

-Can cancel Attract/Repel with wall jump
-Can cancel Downair with walljump as long as the grab does not activate
-Puul flys slightly faster when returning
-Many Down special changes
-You get two balls instead of three
-However balls will recharge after 25 seconds
-Startup is reduced from 21 frames to 15 frames.
-non-magnetized steel ball does less damage, 3% down from 4%
-magnetized steel ball does less damage, 13% down from 15%
