Added Finished tag.
Colored platform.
You now get stunned if Shinku Gadoken gets parried.
You now get Dankukyaku back if hit in the air.
Fixed third hurt sprite never being displayed.

Added a victory theme.
Added voice clips to all of Dan's specials and taunts.
Removed voice clips from the classic style alts (colors 7 and 8).
Lengthened the charging frames of Shinku Gadoken to better fit with the voice.
Buffed Shinku Gadoken in a couple little ways to compensate:
* The smaller hits deal 1 more damage each (bringing the total damage to 20 from 17)
* The projectile moves 20% faster
* The smaller hits knock opponents towards the center of the projectile
* The final hit has slightly higher base knockback.

Some more code clean-up.
You no longer gain height while using Dankukyaku in the air because I thought it looked weird.
Dankukyaku can no longer get stuck on ledges.
You can now B-Reverse aerial Gadokens.
Fixed normal Gadokens not playing part of their SFX.

Cleaned up the code around drawing Shinku Gadoken. Turns out most of what I was doing wasn't needed!
CPU Dan will use Shinku Gadoken sometimes.
Normal Gadoken comes out 4 frames faster. I thought it felt a little sluggish.

Reduced active frames for Otoko Michi so it lines up better with the animation.

Incremented version number twice.
Made it so you can't break or reflect Shinku Gadoken hitboxes since that's not how that move works.
You can cancel Dankukyaku and Koryuken into wall jumps.
Up Air got a little more endlag after a Dan CPU juggled me with it for a bit.
