Kiki now has her own anims for Military sniper and one handed melees

Kiki now uses the correct layer for running with a single pistol

Kiki now uses her crouching SMG fidgets with the Military Sniper

Kiki now uses her L4D1 version of stage 1 ledge hanging

Vanilla Zoeys anims are now packed to try and avoid crashing and issues when playing vanilla

Dummy layers have been implemented to try and get around tls' bugs (I.E: Random anim sliding or spine bending)

Kiki now uses Nicks hunter pounce anims

Kiki now has ambient fidgets when calm to bring her more in line with the l4d2 survivors

Kiki has less Calm weapon specific fidgets (I.E: She will no longer check her pistol magazines) [This change is currently only for L4D1]

[L4D1] Fixed Kiki not using her firstaid crouch animation in L4D1, she was using Zoeys.

(Kiki has some animation snapping issues with certain running animations for whatever reason. Seems to be an issue with using vanilla sequences with modified layers? (To confirm))

Now that Kiki's outline is pretty much finished, the calm sniper animation has been updated to be more realistic and accurate.

This is a hotfix for an issue causing rochelle to use firstaid anims while holding a rifle

This also has her crouch overhaul inside because I was just testing them! Fuck me! :)

Note: This is not the version I wanted to publish but... Didn't want to delay until December so. Here's these to play with until I finish up Rochelle's crouch overhaul.

This has stuff that wasn't going to be in the planned release, they'll be removed in the next update! Off the top of my head it's Rochelle's new reloads and charger recovery anims.

Here's the Copy/paste from the UC discussion with the stuff that didnt make it yet being Striked out



Ellis:

-Less slouchy Autoshotgun calmidle. Also uses Ellis' calm leg poses

-Sniper calm idle uses Ellis' calm leg poses

-Gascan run plays at the correct speed (not the right weight so his spines still a bit misaligned but its getting better).

-Sniper reload had some adjustments to his right hand.

-SMG run was fixed (for whatever reason his arms and spine alignment were just his standing one, causing the gun to aim down and look very weird).

-Military Sniper Crouch aim was fixed, aiming forward by default, Ellis was aiming about 45 degrees below what the player was aiming at.

-Bat calm idle now takes the katana into consideration.

-Autoshotgun idle remade based off rifle. (Yes, the one he had was unique to him, but just like Coach's Rifle calm idle, the constant pacing gets tiring, so I got rid of it. This should also fix his fingers clipping with the spas.)

-Bat Idle is now unique

-Fixed Jesse 2 handed Ellis pistol animations being unable to be loaded. (Broken since xdr loader functionality, whoops!)

Nick:

-Pumpshotgun idle no longer uses the namvet one.

-Rifle reload: Mag didn't drop once let go, FullAutoButton press is longer (Yes its what they called it), blend out is longer.

-Restored Rifle Crouch gangster aim when aiming left, I was actually meaning to do this for months, least we got it now.

Rochelle:

-Has a new reference standing position, no more long legs.

-Less "extreme" axe idle

-Altered Rifle Calm idle

-SMG no longer uses namvet anims

-Autoshotgun no longer uses scuffed namvet legs

-Rochelle has her own breathing anim (Meaning no more sliding feet or jumpy breath loops. And its also unique to her.)

-SMG standing no longer uses scuffed biker legs

-Pistol fire now represents more of the FOJ style

-Reworked Pump Shotgun fire

-Calm idles for Autoshotgun and sniper are now unique

-Guitar calm idle is unique

-GasCan no longer uses namvet leg

Rochelle has a new charger escape animation, yes! Apparently she had one for being freed from a charger before being pounded and not near a wall!
Dated 9th of November, 21. So heres some fun Wolfie beta/unused stuff I guess! And yes, for my LSL's, the frame times are about the same as the original so balancing should be fine (no nigga tls ellis pounce).
Although the frame speed is a bit off so she may take about 1/5th of a second faster or slower to recover. This anim probably wont stay, though I'm still fond of it considering how old it is.

Nick's alternative rifle reload has been removed, it was a nice blast to the past as a reference to his old one, but its time for it to go.

That's all I can remember so cool. coolio. cool beans. coooooool.

Well. It's about goddamn time.

This is probably gonna be the last update for a while, this hasnt gotten consistent updates for a few months (the test version, this one was WAY old)

Alot changed so heres what I can remember:

XDR survivor mods can be loaded (at your own discresion! Most are probably TLS based and may crash.)

The Coach throwsitbackDLC can be loaded

All survivors now use the "modular" system, meaning my anims are loaded through "Survivors/WNSA/WNSA_Mechanic" for Ellis for example. Loaders for these are included.

Nick and Ellis' reloads should be a bit better. They got the FOJ treatmeant for their rifle reloads and a few others. Coach and Rochelle remain painfully bad ):


And whatever else got changed. Enjoy, or don't. This was long overdue and the mod IS pretty bad anyway.

After like a year, and still not being done, here's an update!

I'm probably gonna swap the survivor animations to the new format I created with the TFOJ Gmod addon (It's not public but trust me, it looks A LOT better! Especially around reloads!), which would make the update take even longer! So I decided to post what I have right now so the mod doesn't look dead.

Here's is the known issues before I copy/paste the change notes from the test version:

Nick And Ellis' fidgets are pretty long and will blend a little weird in non-WNSA installed servers,

Ellis and Coach's Incap falls will blend weird in non-WNSA installed servers, (though Coach's looks bad outright),

Nick doesn't have new rifle crouch aim poses yet, but the pistols are basically done,

Rochelle is the most efficient reloader (LOL, whoops!)

Nick's Parish intro is still the old euler motion one.

Coach's new autoshotgun reload freaks out when in the loop.
