whoops updated too much at once

So anyway, I added the ability to charge the light gun if you hold down the strong attack button right after you input the move. This however, is merely a way to delay the move without having to wait through the few frames of lag i think you might have at the start, as the projectile is fired immediately after the delay. Releasing the button early stops the delay and immediately fires from there. Use it to mix up opponents!
