TEST: Lowered a handful of texture sizes to see file size impact. (File Size: 1,297.191 MB)

Changed CT spawn to a bathroom and moved it closer to B bombsite. Increased size of B bombsite to make it less crowded. Modified spawn location. Adjusted staircase window. Other misc. changes. File size: 1,536.453 MB (for reference, next update will attempt to greatly reduce)
