Took half a star off Valencia C.F. since I decided that only teams that had performed well in the Champions League in recent times should have 5 stars. Nothing personal, really. I'm doing the same for a few other teams in my other mods :-).

Rebalanced team strengths for a more realistic effect (this will be most apparent when using this mod together with my mods for other leagues).
