fix to the Skull Mask Script error

Due to 1.10 i had to Remove all craft able items

> Removed Tweaks Torch
> Removed Scrapper SMG
> Tweaks Gold Sack is still in but no longer craft able.

I will re-add these and more when i have a fix.

Fix to Tweaks Chest Despawning Items when placed

Converted the Tweaks Chest mod to the Tweaks Items pack... Added Tweaks Machette, Tweaks Fuel Pump, Tweaks Stashes, Tweaks Gold Sack, Tweaks Torch, MK2 Grenade and improved the Tweaks Chest Placement.

Adding the Ability to Place the Tweaks Chest.....there is also a new Bikey also in the keys folder.

Added Types.xml file and removed Private Bikey

Changed looks of the Tweaks Chest and some charactoristics.
