Canals can be built on hills only when applied to both xml and sql file formats, but they find problems that can't be built on hills.

운하는 xml, sql 파일형식으로 둘다 적용해봐도 시빌로피디아에서만 언덕에 건설할 수 있다고 표시되지만 실제로는 언덕에 건설할 수 없는 문제가 발견되서 제거합니다.
