The ALP-44 is now reversible, with proper lights and pantograph positions.

-Adjusted metal and gloss maps of the Amfleets
-Added a not Northeast Regional Amfleet cafe in Phase VI
-Added modelcitzen's couplers to the Amfleets. Air hoses appear connected when appropriate
-Added buy menu groups for the Amfleets for less clutter
