• fixed the age objective that requires 100% popularity for the ruling party

• updated for new HOI4 Version (1.9)
  
  • replaced partisan_effect, decryption_factor and encryption_factor with new modifiers

• updated thumbnail for new age

• added Information Age (can start after 1970)
  
  • although it's still mostly thought for vanilla, it might work with some mods that play in later dates (I tested quickly with Millenium Dawn, Cold War Mod and Ashes of the Past and it seems to work rather good)

• the tooltip for the button to open the age window now shows the current age objectives and if you fulfill them
  
  
• civil wars should now not start the Great War Age nor the World War Age

• made the Pre-War and WW1 objectives compatible with Endsieg: Ultimate Victory
