-Made some changes to animation packages to support the upcoming Tau Armory mod. My bad, I forget what exactly. I think it was to do with the Templar-based melee animations though.

-Added Stunlance Cinescripts for kills and misses to the dual wield animations.
-Added animations for walking with heavy weapons equipped.
-Shortened the LeftHandPistol firing anim; will hopefully look less jank.
