- Fixed USA 1946 focus tree syntax error.
- Added Saarland flag to public version.
- Fixed UNN template errors.
- Fixed Saarland building positions.
- Fixed twin countries puppeting instead of annexing (i.e North Vietnam ---> South Vietna). Now AI will always annex its twin country.
- Added UN troops at start of game.
- Updated graphicalculturetype.txt with changes from latest updates.
- Communist Greece now gets military aid from Yugoslavia at game start.
- Enabled right clicking military aid decisions for easier navigation/upgrading/downgrading of miiitary aid.
- Updated UNSC bribe AI logic, AI countries will no longer agree to vote against countries they give economic/military aid or are fighting a war together with or give lease to or have volunteers sent to.
- Soviet Power Struggle candidate screen should now open properly if focus tree was not switched before Stalin's death.
- Modified economic Aid offer AI logic (more acceptable now from powerful neighbor).
- Fixed Czechoslovakia neutrality left flag.
- Reduced bonuses of military aid from 0.5 to 0.2.
- Removed resource prospect decisions until they can be reviewed (take up too much space in decisions panel, hiding important mod related decisions).
- Reduced amount of crops in Ukraine to avoid redundancy of Fight the Famine focuses if Ukraine is annexed.
- Adjusted USA AI logic for intervention in Korean war, will intervene sooner now which should give them plenty of time to rescue South Korea.
- Civil Militia adjustments/fixes.

- Added a strict check to make sure volunteers (Peacekeeping Forces) can only be sent if the target country is losing a war.
- Updated FIN and SWE 1946 OOB's.
- Finland now starts as a satellite state of Soviet Union.
- Some localization fixes/adjustments.
- USA can now intervene in Finnish-Soviet War/Finnish civil war.
- Some effects against Soviets if they attack Finland.

- Pakistan is no longer pink (YUUUUUUUUUCK)
- Added non historical AI plans for USA and SOV to make sure Marshall Plan/Comecon are executed in non historical games too.
- Fixed Romanian template which caused crash
- AI will now check for ideology for economic aid offers even if country is on priority list.
- Fixed KOR focus tree not switching due to not finishing required focuses.
- Added scorched_earth province modifier.
- Added Scorched Earth decision for KOR to slow down North Korean forces.

- Great European Wall decisions should no longer show up at start of game.
- Countries that are in factions they shouldn't be in will now leave these factions (for example, Communist Turkey in NATO).
- Severe Famine idea should now be removed properly once quota of crops has been raised.
- Fixed Polish communist reformist flag.
- Fixed Netherlands crash when editing templates.
