- Countries will no longer hold referendums of Joining NATO if they are not in the same ideological camp as the United States.

- Border raids will now actually give equipment and fuel if successful
- Increased chance of border raid giving equipment and fuel
- Some localization fixes
- Fixed issue that could cause the UNSC to become stuck when Peacekeeping resolution is adopted and the target country no longer exists
