- Fixed issue that would prevent Comecon/Marshall Plan aid offers not to complete
- Countries will no longer accept diplomatic offers from other countries that are of a different ideology (unless relations are super high)

- Paradox have fixed the issue with the custom diplomatic actions not working, thanks to everyone who helped in nudging Paradox to fix the issue asap.
