Changes: Increased amount of Optics per squad for IRN and IRGC
Rebalanced most Layers and removed some Layers (the goal is to have Factions associated with certain maps to reduce the overall amount of layers the mod has, which will allow better layer quality control and faster mod updates due to less layer overhead)
Added more Lighting variations on Gorodok, Fools Road, Mestia, and Mutaha

Fixes:
Fixed Lighting on some layers causing massive performance decrease (Caused by Harju_Morning Lighting and most often seen on the new USMC layers)

Suppression has been changed to reintroduce the visual effect without the vanilla sway for small arms (should also fix occasional server crashes caused by suppression being disabled)
SL move marks will be reintroduced to improve SL to SL communication (FTL marks being disabled will stay the same)
