NA3 Patch: 13.5

Changes:
SVD can now use the PBS-1 suppressor this time around.
New attach animations for SVD so that it can attach barrels.
Nerfed SVD S-1 bipod to prevent extremely accurate hipfires.
Reduced vehicle damage of the RPG and SMAW to oblivion where fragmentation warheads and HEDP are almost not capable of doing enough damage to vehicles.
Tandem now deals 10x more damage while HEAT now deals 5x more damage to compensate. MK 6 deals 7.5x more damage on the other hand.
Nerfed AKS-74U muzzle brake.
Reverted G18C recoil again after receiving a minor buff.
Bullet drop & travel properties of sniper rifles are now diverse. M24 is unchanged, L118 has the least drop & SV-98 has slightly more.
Buffed Tandem rocket speed to make it easier to hit aerial vehicles.

Fixes:
Misaligned PKM shots this time.
MP5 using AK-308 ammunition.
RGD-5 missing textures.
Misaligned PSO-1 scope.
Misaligned pistol sights.

Changes:
SVD can now use the PBS-1 suppressor.
All 7.62x51 NATO sniper rifles can now use 7.62x51 NATO suppressors.
All sniper rifles have improved bullet travel and drop. For now, all snipers share the same bullet travel and drop stats.
L85A2 front sight is now merged with the SA80 iron sights. Additionally, it is now an L85A2-exclusive sight.
Toned down MP5 and Vityaz recoil.
Reduced vehicle damage of the RPG and SMAW to nerf fragmentation warheads and HEDP.
Increased hand grenade ranges a bit by 2.

Fixes:
Misaligned PKM shots.
PP-19-01 Vityaz using AK-308 ammunition.
AK-308 not uzing 7.62x51 NATO barrel accessories.
