Fidget now has better eyes! Added to a few sprites (most notably idle which should be properly polished now), along with a bit more polishing to more sprites

Few other various adjustments, like making ustrong work properly and uair sweetspot kill better

did a quick outline for all sprites, minor adjustments to moves and added jorts to taunt
