-Patriarchs controlled by non Orthodox nations now give different bonuses than those controlled by Orthodox nations

-Fully compatible with EUIV 1.17
-Added flavour event for Muscovy/Russia
-Added flavour event for England
-Added an event allowing the Angevin Empire to switch out of English Monarchy
-Added a tooltip on the parliament screen to help make the parliament auto support feature easier to understand
-Reworked idea groups to bring them closer in line with vanilla idea groups without losing the purpose of the original changes
-Integrated most of the idea group changes in EUIV 1.17
-Moved around the unlock order of the leadership ideas
-Scorched earth now gives +3 maximum province attrition
-Looted provinces now have +1 maximum province attrition
-Different climate types now effect the maximum province attrition
-Base mercenary support limit reduced to 5, down from 20
-Forts now give a -1 unrest modifier
-Assaulting a fort no longer costs monarch points

-Fixed uniformity issues with government tiers for some government types
