-updated forward special animation (more frames in general + squash and stretch)

-new down air animation (entirely new; no more 2 unique frames for the entirety of down air lol)
-decreased down air endlag (14 -> 12)
-removed the 1 vsp on down air's startup

-updated forward air animation (silhouettes, secondary motion, + smear)
-removed unnecessary -1 vsp on the endlag on forward air

-increased size of jump hurtbox
-slightly increased width of crouch hurtbox

-decreased forward special startup (17 -> 15)
-lowered base hitpause on forward special (9 -> 6)
-added hitpause scaling to forward special (0 -> .25)
-increased the lifetime of forward special's hitbox to better match the visual (9 -> 10)
-replaced the rune that basically did this stuff with a rune that makes forward special have a chance to misfire

-decreased base hitpause on each hit for the multihit of down strong (4 -> 2)
-made the multihit part of down strong untechable
