UPDATE 10 - NAHUATL NONSENSE

Expect more rapid-fire updates as all the bugs get wrangled!

CONTENT
-Update features 96 new country tags, 2 new religions, and like 25ish new cultures.
-Iroquois Cultural Expansion: Added the Chonnonton, remembered in OTL as the Neutral Nation, the Erie tribe, and the "Tobacco Indians", or Tionontati.
-Coalesced the Potawatomi, Ojibwe and Odawa tribes into their historical Three Fires Federation.
-Coalesced the Abenaki, Mikmaq, Penobscot, and other regional tribes into their historical Wabanaki Federation. Wabanaki and Three Fires are both historic allies, treasuring their shared Algonquian heritage.
-Coalesced the Illini, Miami, and others into the historic Illinewek Federation. The Illinewek, alongside their Sioux neighbors, have maintained their heritage in the wake of the Quizani.
-Added the Quizan diaspora, descendants of Mesoamericans who migrated north during the Tlahtoquizan (Migrant King) Era, creating five cultures and influencing or destroying many others. The most successful of these cultures, the Atlcotl, was united under the Tlahtocoatl Empire for a century, stretched across the Louisiana region, before falling to infighting in the wake of the War of the Frozen Flowers with the Inuit Empire.
-Atzintlicoatl religion: An offshoot of Nahuatl, now known as Quetzacoatl, the Aztintlicoatl religion uses an Authority system similar to Inti. Acquiring reforms costs stability and increases your aggressive expansion gain until you gain all reforms, and additionally you gain less Authority for every reform passed.
-Siouan Cultural Expansion: Added the Mosopelea and Omaha, the hypothetical hill mound cultures of Ohio and Kentucky. Having been heavily influenced by their Atlcotl Quizan neighbors, they follow the Atzintlicoatl faith, but have maintained autonomy due to their population size and developed infrastructure, which have existed far longer than the Quizan have. Also, the Catawba tribe is now playable.
-Inuit Cultural Expansion: The Inuit Empire has fallen. Having rode on horseback to conquering and assimilating what we know today as the part of Canada people live in, the Inuit have since fallen into competing regional kingdoms, having been heavily influenced in their ways by the Norse (and being their source of horseback). Features the Inuiot Model Improvement Mod by slowpoke!
-Ikniksugritism: Features pagan deity system, and a religious reform system that requires you reform the Inuit Empire.
-Tribal and cultural expansion in South America. Patagonia has been expanded into its own culture group, several Ge tribes have been added, and most other tribes have been given an OPM of their own to play around with.
-Caribbean cultural expansion, featuring Taino Cacicazgos fighting Mayan colonials for dominance and more mainland cultures.
-The Incans, known by their indigenous name Tawantinsuyu, begins in 1444 in a commanding, near unified position. With Authority gain doubled, even the AI should find little trouble reforming.

MINOR/BUGFIX
-Cut colonization speed back in half (to vanilla numbers).
-Big Balansiya Nerf: Balearic islands given to Balarmo, Provence given to Maritimae and Bearn to Gothia.
-Tyskland minor buff: Maggara and Livara have better starting leaders.
Huge Tarkhaganate nerf: Replaced Great Mongol Horde govt type with Feudalism.
-Minor dev buff to Tarkhaganate, Phyrgia, Secunda and Tunis. Minor dev nerf to Andalucia.
-Ethiopia rebalanced: annexed Medri Bahri and Damot, but lost Oman PU.
Minor Andhra and Mysore buff/Cholas nerf. Hoysala given more cores.
-Armenia Nerf: Cilicia and Judea are no longer vassals, and Palmyra is no longer under a Personal Union with Armenia.
-Institutionalized eurocentricism reduced (as in, eligibility to spawn institutions has been opened up beyond Europe).

UPDATE 9.1

CONTENT
-Added a multitude of provinces to the Balkans, big thanks to Muscle Dog for providing the base files for the new provinces.
-Minor rework to Balkan areas.
-Changed Soisson names (leader, monarch, cultural, and starting ruler)
-Added starting rulers for Andalucia, Balansiya, Gepids, Gothia, Ostrogothia and Visigothia. (Basic lore for Germanic leaders: Ostrogoth and Visigoth dynasties are the original dynasties from the formation of the KoG. Gepida dynasty is a cadet branch. Gothia has a newer royal family.)

MINOR/BUGFIX
-Adjusted tribute government: 2% -> 0% bonus missionary strength, 15% -> 50% missionary cost reduction. Doesn't seem to make AI tributes want to convert their provinces regardless, lmfao, more work to come.
-Oxford control = Cambridge -> Secunda. Remains Saxon and Theodolist.
-Buffed Upper Angleland's development, but Perth is now Hjallden's. Upper Angleland still gets more development out of it
-Adjusted Roman Empire formation requirements: Can be any religion except Islam now, but must own provinces in Italy, France, or Iberia to see it.
-Adjusted Soisson and Cambridge flags to match the Cross of Lorraine design.
-Made all Alsababi nations Turkish dominant. Plans for synthesis culture and more province tweaks are underway, likely to be seen next update.
-Fixed leader names of some Anatolian minors. Expect more changes in the next update to follow the developing lore of the Mithridatic Wars, Three Kings Crisis, and beyond.
-Added localisation for religious without descriptions, and updated the rest to give actual gameplay information.
-Changed religion icon for Theodolism.

Update: 9 Mar, 2020 @ 4:48pm
