Campaign mode only: Cavalry battle stats increased 15% Attack,defense.weapon damage.

Added rules for naval battles-ships have higher hit points and morale. Ship charge speed raised 10%. Raised hit point 5% on heavy and medium infantry. Changed fire combustion levels to vegetation and towers. Longer time to hold capture points.
