FINALLY added a door sanity check and other such stuff

slight corrections to door related functionality

buff to realistic kick range to make it useful and adjustment to leg position

hotfix for sound level changes

- updated kicking to actually come from roughly pelvis height instead of player's eyes, no more supercheese
- made kick range be based on player's standing height (compatiblity for player size changing mods)
- made realistic kick distance actually more realistic (read: half player height) to compensate for the two above
- internals now function more consistently (no more lacking sounds kicking certain objects)
- made sound levels much more reasonable
- other various fixes (hopefully all dealt with)
