Void Dweller origin now gives same bonus as Voidborn AP.

Confirmed it works with Stellaris 3.9.

- Totally changed on deposits numbers management (how many deposits that planet can have). Now, they are calculated by script_values, from planet size.
- Job slots from deposits can be changed with variant jobs (like Spiritual Fallen Empire one, exclude catalyst Technicians).

Confirmed it works fine with Stellaris 3.8.
