MAYU NOTES TO CHANGE:

DAIR - Give dair landing lag similar to SK dair, and have it stop on platforms instead of g

also halt horizontal momentum on activation and during falling

AIR SPEED - change air max speed from 5 to 4, to match base cast swordies (Clairen and Forsburn)

MAX FALL SPEED - change 8

DASH SPEED - change from 7.5 to 6.5

UTILT - Change the second hitbox on utilt hitstun from 0.76 to 1x to match the rest of the move

FSTRONG - change damage from 9 to 11

USTRONG - make ustrong 2 hitboxes instead of 3, and make them both angle 90 (for some reason the third hitbox is angle 80)

BAIR - hitbox reduction
