- more cooldown to blade beams (30f)
- make blade beams send a bit more out (70 -> 65 angle)
- reduce projectile lifetime of blade beams, but make it so they no longer slow down as they travel
- nerf damage on limit side special (19 -> 16)
- fsmash bkb nerf (9 -> 7)
