- new option : "Death after unconsiousness", when true, after the countdown, a player will die (conan death) instead of waking up.

removed :
- slow wounded player, deprecated since 1.7 is now removed. May be reimplemented in a next version.

- No dungeon Kick. When true, this option remove the autokick of unconscious players outs of dungeons, and allow AHDS to be used in dungeons too.
