Forward Special - Shotgun Reload
- Reload time extended from 38 frames to 42 frames
(should make reloading a little more punishable)

Down Special (Cats)
- Cats can now be fired downward while in the air
- The attack gives Briggs an upward boost but only if a cat is fired
- Sound effect for the grounded version of the attack has been changed to match the new sound of the air born version

- Knockback and Knockback scaling on the first hitbox has been reduced
"This should make the second hit land more consistently on higher percents"

Down Tilt (Crown Exhaust)
- Knockback and Knockback scaling lowered
- Angle of the attack is now always 90
- More meter is gained from hitting the attack
"Briggs already had a few keep away moves, so we're gonna try having down tilt as combo tool and see how that goes"

Full Meter Attack (Greater Pyroblast)
- Fixed a bug where the hurtbox of the last used attack was used instead of the actual hurtbox for the attack

- Updated the infobox in the character select to fit with the new changes

The Old Down Tilt (Battle Cats) is now Down Special
Pyroblast which was set to Down Special is now activated by pressing Attack and Special at the same time
This leaves room for a new Down Tilt

Forward Special (Shotgun)
- Can no longer be reloaded in the air
"it was too easy to grapple hook and reload while flying in the air"

New Down Tilt
- King Briggs shoots fire out from both sides of his crown
"This move is a good get off move but doesn't have a very high knockback. Currently doesn't set the enemy on fire."

Down Special (Battle Cats)
- The number of cats you can have at once is now determined by how much of the Siggneos Meter you have unlocked
- no bars = 1 cat, 1 bar = 2 cats, 2 bars = 3 cats, 4 bars = 4 cats

Redone and New Alternate Color Pallets
- King Briggs now has more alternate colors
- Older Pallets have been redone to be more vibrant and some have his skin and hair color change

Victory Theme
- King Briggs now has a victory theme based off the music used in his stage, enjoy some truly kingly tunes
