v1.2b

- Addressed numerous small problems with the changes I made.

- Seed extraction is now handled via GenMod's Manual Grinder and Oil Press. I'd like to find some other way of handling this, but for now, this works.

-Nicotiana now requires seeds like the other plantables.This will gradually be extended to various other crops. Nicotiana seeds are much easier to come by than good seeds for cannabis. These still need to be added to various vendor lists, though.

v1.2a - THE BIG UPDATE

Expanded GenMod support. Changes are numerous.

-Blended cocoa and cacao production between the two mods

-Blended whiskey production between the two mods.

- Reworked corn and wheatstraw to require threshing in order to use their grains. This includes fields.

- Redid hemp industry. Now is a parallel chain between hemp and higher-THC cannabis.

- Corrected some minor conceptual issues with cocaine production (Cocaine base was mistakenly referred to as freebase)

-Provided better tech tree support for GenMod, and in general

-Corrected and supplemented MANY UI descriptors.

-First pass at economic rebalance
