Added 3 Axle Dolly Turnpike Double combinations for Box, Chipvan, Flatbed, Grainhopper and Log trailers that have 3 or more duel tyre axles.
Added liftable axles to 3 Axle B trailers, 32ft Box and Flatbed trailers and 28ft Grainhopper trailers.

Added Colorado to Turnpike Double combinations. I didn't realise they were permitted.

Added Idaho to B-Double, Rocky Mountain Double and Triple combinations. Fixed mudflaps on 45ft 3 axle chassis.

THIS UPDATE WILL BREAK EXISTING TRAILERS. To fix them simply go into the trailer manager, configure the broken trailer and reselect the chain type/body/chassis back to the original.

Added Grain Hopper support. Updated Box/Flatbed trailers to the latest SCS chassis model. Changed the configuration for Box/Flatbed trailers to add in non hooked varients to allow the use of lift gates and large banners.
