Many changes were made to be more in-line with Bluey's recent updates.
- Reworks to the magic meter system. When you have enough meter, you can now choose whether you want to use a powered up version or not by holding the attack's respective input down. Powered up forward special and up strong only need 2/3 of the meter to be used, while powered up down tilt now stuns the enemy.
- Jab 2 does not force flinch anymore.
- Down strong's hitboxes and animation were slightly adjusted. Additionally, the quake hitbox was removed.
- Up strong and its powered up variant should be more reliable to connect.
- Forward aerial was slightly adjusted. It no longer has a sweetspot, and the main hit now should be a lot stronger altogether.
- Down aerial's animation was adjusted, and its hitboxes were enlarged. Additionally, it is now slightly disjointed.
- Up aerial has more knockback and sends at a higher angle.
- Neutral and forward special's projectiles have new trail effects.
