Fixed a graphical bug that caused a big white X appear in forward special's startup when using the fifth alternate palette. (This was caused by accidental leftover code from Bluey who has an alt in the same slot that swaps his forward special projectile's sprites)

-Changed colors for the Retro alt.
-Back aerial has decreased startup (12F->10F) and landing lag (9F->7F).

-Fixed neutral and side specials not properly using their aerial hurtboxes.

-When using a fully charged neutral special after storing it previously, it'll force Cinna to shoot it out instead of letting her hold Special to "charge" it more.
-Fully charged neutral special comes out slightly later (F12->F15).
-Using horizontal down special in the air now puts Cinna on pratfall. (It does NOT do that if you start the move on the ground and end on the ledge, though.)

Yes, Cinna's also getting a Definitive Definitive Update. In a way this is even more definitive than her brother's.


-New portrait time!!! I think she's on her third one this time around.
-All of Cinna's animations have been changed to reflect her current character design. More or less. I mainly just recolored her shirt to dark red and made her hair 1 pixel lower.
-Many, MANY of her animations have been changed from minor but slightly noticeable changes to full revamps. She has completely new idle and crouch animations, and she also has a new wait animation where she yawns. She does not have a very good sleep schedule, I am afraid.
-New taunts! She does a twirl with the Power Rod in her regular taunt, and her down taunt has her do a cool thumbs up that materializes a letter C on thin air. Yeah.

-Her stats have been adjusted a tad. She has higher jump height, but worse horizontal aerial movement. (The old stats on a character with Samus FAir were not exactly a great idea, methinks)
-Like Bluey's Cinna's jab, forward tilt and down tilt were all reanimated and reworked accordingly.
-Cinna has a new up tilt, a hopping palm thrust. It's not as disjointed as the old one, but it's a lil' faster.
-New dash attack: a cartwheel kick. Dunno if it's better than the old one function-wise, but it sure is a lot cooler.
-New forward strong: instead of the big ol' hammer, Cinna swings a frying pan in front of her. Not a whole lot different function-wise though.
-New down strong: Cinna now uses the hammer in a twirling swing here instead of the spear, hitting behind her and then in front. It's a bit laggier, but stronger
-New back aerial: a backward strike with the frying pan. Disjointed and considerably stronger than the old one, though laggier. Also it has synergy with forward special.
-Up aerial has been reanimated and reworked: it now has the slow fall mechanic from Bluey's version. Doesn't her parasol look pretty?
-New down aerial: a downward thrust with the sword from down special. Hitting people with it will make Cinna bounce as well.
-Like Bluey, neutral special was considerably changed function-wise, including having only 2 charge stages and requiring a full charge to use powered-up moves, the HUD meters being replaced by new visual and audio cues, and the letter C projectiles been replaced by star-shaped sparkles.
-Also like her brother, her forward special's projectile was replaced by a bomb that explodes on contact. The animation has also been changed, as she now uses the new frying pan mode instead of the hammer to launch the bomb.
-Her up special also got the same changes as her brother's, including the new animation and being able to cancel the apex of the flight to enter pratfall.
