Additions:
+ Lighting on B bombsite and a pallet truck on the bombsite.
+ Lowered level on second mid and added tree and boxes.

Fixes:
* Fixed lighting in sniper hut.
* Lowered the outside fence to match the lowered level.
* Fixed both bombsite area to be closer to the ground, which means you no longer can plant the bomb on the filing cabinets on A bombsite or the boxes on B bombsite.
