-Doubled laser power requirements across the board.
-Some work on Gladius model, LOD's, constructions.
-Tweaked gladius aiming and ion weapon a bit. Combined with WC fix, aiming should be really good now.
-Tweaked gatling components, meatball uses more steel than blister now.

-Added small block fixed lasers, they are identical in size and power to large grid versions. I know it's cheese but I don't have time to make smaller models atm.
-Reduced damage for Fixed lasers and Gladius by 50% and removed armor nerfs. So same damage vs armor but the other blocks should take longer to cook. The power required also dropped by half.
-Enabled overload for gimbals and gladius. Fixed lasers will get it but WC tweak needs to happen. PDX will not get overload option.

Overload will double the damage output at an exponentially higher power+heat cost. If the weapon overheats while overload is on, it will occur some damage.

Fixed lasers for large grid operational. not small grid yet.
There are still some things to iron out with them, mainly UI options such as overload, and the hit particles.

teaked targeting of pdt/pdx.
pdt now fires 3 times/sec, damage of 45 (1 vanilla missile).

gatling turrets heatloss back down to 13. they just weren't slowing down.

Updated, changed T1 to pulse style. So the PDX and Gimbal lasers will all now pulse instead of continuous fire. Also reduced damage, but removed armor nerfs, increased shield damage to 5x.
The small grid uses it now too instead of smaller purple laser, but at 1/5 the ROF. I also messed with the settings for the gatlings... Mostly buffs but also some nerfs.
+rof 600 > 800
+spread 2.5 > 2
-heat 2 > 3
+heat loss 12 > 15
+added ROF degrade with heat, when they are hot they will slow down considerably but still keep going.
+removed nerf against armors.
-added damage degrades with range. Linearly from 300m to 1km damage will drop from 100% to 50%. So for example at 750m it would do about 75% damage.
This should make it more dangerous at close range, but still fairly useless for point defense and anything long-range.
