-Increase ap&sp costs of some forms.
-Disable "Troll Blood" buff.

-Weaken the power of all forms: lower the stats of vitality boost, damage boost, ap start&recovery, armor boost, magic armor boost. (Resistance stats are not changed because they are copied from official templates.)
-Other tweaks.
