Fixed the bow and fire thrower units tech/lord skills scaling, they now correctly use everything that buffs missile damage or ammunition without making use of other buffs to avoid unintended stats scaling.

Just various updates and balance changes to some units.

Added 3 new units. Added some units as garrisons to the building chains from where you recruit the Phoenix Guard.
Lowered the unit count from archers from 100 to 80. Some small balance changes to unit stats and costs.

Added recruitable Phoenix Champions to the Phoenix Court landmark building in Lothern, the landmark also increases the cap by 2 now.
